Parish and was informed that he was removed for improperly doing his
job. He indicated that the Parish had no formal complaint forms for
him to use.
Mr. Boudreaux was asked to follow the chain of command.
President Cecelia Broussard explained what was done to follow up on
Mr. Boudreaux’s complaint.
It was pointed out that the Parish had three certified Herbicide
employees.

Mr. Boudreaux expressed his concern for spraying over water in
violation of the herbicide label.

that he would be doing other jobs in addition to applying
herbicides.

his job as Herbicide Applicator to alternate work.
Committee member A. J. Broussard described his experience as a
right-of-way maintenance person.

recommendation of the Committee.
