1. It was the consensus of the Committee to refer payment of
bills, approval of finance report and selection of Official Journal

Mr. Felton Moreau to approve a letter of support of the Wright
Group’s application access to the Foreign Trade Zone.

Jimmie Pellerin to declare roofing from Rice Arena roof surplus and
authorize advertising for bids.
2. A motion was offered by Mr. A.J. Credeur and seconded by Mr.
Jimmie Pellerin to declare wood from Rice Arena horse stalls
junk and authorize dismantling and removal in exchange for labor
provided hold harmless clause is enacted.
3. A motion was offered by Mr. A.J. Credeur and seconded by Mr.
Jimmie Pellerin to authorize Rice Arena Board to seek permit
for operation of concession stands.

Mr. Felton Moreau to approve Road Manager’s request for budget
adjustment of $50,000.00 from general fund to fund 304-420211673.

Alton Stevenson to authorize Parish Solid Waste Engineer to estimate
the life of the Landfill under various recycling scenarios,
including curbside recycling and business recycling.
2. A motion was offered by Mr. Alton Stevenson and seconded by
Mr. Felton Moreau to authorize Parish Solid Waste Engineer to
prepare plans and specifications for proposed recycling center and
to prepare a master plan for land use on Parish Property on Capital
Ave.
