2. A motion was offered by Mr. A.J. Credeur and seconded by Mr. Jimmie Pellerin to declare wood from Rice Arena horse stalls junk and authorize dismantling and removal in exchange for labor provided hold harmless clause is enacted.
3. A motion was offered by Mr. A.J. Credeur and seconded by Mr. Jimmie Pellerin to authorize Rice Arena Board to seek permit for operation of concession stands.

2. A motion was offered by Mr. Alton Stevenson and seconded by Mr. Felton Moreau to authorize Parish Solid Waste Engineer to prepare plans and specifications for proposed recycling center and to prepare a master plan for land use on Parish Property on Capital Ave.
