Bergeron to approve the minutes of the meeting held on January 16,
2001. Motion carried.
Final approval was considered for Richard Subdivision. The following
items were discussed:
Permanent maintenance of the portion of Tulane Road situated within
the LA DOTD right of way.
The construction of a drainage ditch as per final plans.
Correspondence from the LA DOTD requiring permits to install
culverts within their right-of-way was sufficient to satisfy
responsibility for maintenance.

to approve Richard Subdivision conditioned upon the adequate
construction of the drainage as per the final plans and payment of
fees. Motion Carried.
Chairman Spears gave an update on pending litigation involving the
Arnold Ledoux Farms for which the Secretary gave deposition
regarding the relationship between the property development on Tiger

that aggregate road material would be committed.
A motion was offered by Florette Bergeron and seconded by Betty
