The Commission President made reference to correspondence received from Tim Mader, Parish review engineer, regarding the street conditions located in the area developed by Arnold LeDoux Farms.

local restrictive covenants or legal conditions,
‒ that this approval shall be null and void should the existing owners not
    agree to the division.

Motion carried.

John E. Hains announced his resignation from the Acadia Parish Planning Commission effective next regular meeting.

The next meeting was scheduled for May 21, 2002 at 4:30 p.m.

Due to no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
