Upon receipt of the Preliminary Plat, the Chairman of the Planning

SECTION XII VIOLATION, PENALTY AND ENFORCEMENT

Mr. Thomas Freeland reported on the sale of property that took place
since 1985 by LIMCO. There was some concern for the possible failure
to comply with Parish subdivision regulations therefore restricting
any additional sales. He requested that a waiver be granted for the
sale of one additional tract of land near Egan.
Motion Betty Pousson and seconded Thomas Sonnier to waive the
requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance and allow for the sale of
one tract of land by LIMCO provided they agree to make a reasonable
attempt to obtain the permission from existing lot owners to be made
part of future developments in that area. Motion carried.
