Phase II of Arnold Ledoux Subdivision containing 13.21 acres (2

Karl Aucoin, Engineer representing Arnold Ledoux Farms, explained
that Phase II of Ledoux Subdivision was now divided into only two
lots still accessed by public roadways. A preliminary and final plat
was submitted for review. Developers indicated sales were pending.

of the ordinance. Letters of no objection were received from the
Office of Public Health and the local water company.
A motion was offered by; Randall Boutte and seconded by Blane Faulk

Burch on J. W. Lane near Quarter Pole Road in Section 23, T-9-S,
