The Acadia Parish
Planning Commission met in regular session Tuesday March 20, 2007 at
4:30 p.m. in the Police Jury Meeting Room, third floor, Courthouse
Building, Crowley, Louisiana.

Chairman Jason Gossen called the meeting to order.
A motion was offered by Mrs. LaCombe and seconded by Mr. Savoie
to approve the minutes of February 6, 2007 Special meeting. Motion
carried.
A motion was offered by Mr. Blane Faulk and seconded by Mr. Joey
Savoie to approve the preliminary review for Place d’ Acadie,
Phase II contingent upon receipt of
1). A letter from the Health Department approving water and sewer
disposal and supply
2). A letter from South Rayne Water agreeing to provide service.
3). An agreement between the developer and potential buyer to
address any drainage issues between Phase I and Phase II on the west
of phase II. Motion carried.
A motion was offered by Mrs. Catherine LaCombe and seconded by
Mrs. Mary Richard to accept the following revisions to Oak Manor
Subdivision: 1). Reduce easement on north side of subdivision
from 25 feet to 20 feet and note lots 21 and 33 and 34 there
affluent will be drained to the east ditch provided a ten foot
easement is given by Mr. Williams.
There Being No Further Business to come before the Planning
Commission, the Chairman adjourned the meeting until the next
regularly scheduled meeting.
