The Acadia Parish Planning Commission met in regular session Tuesday September 16, 2008 at 4:30 p.m. in the Acadia Parish Police Jury Meeting Room, Third Floor, Courthouse Building, Crowley, Louisiana.

Randall BoutteThe meeting was called to order by Mr. Jason Gossen, Chairman.
A motion was offered by Ms. Mary Richard, seconded by Mr. Joey Savoie, and carried, to accept the minutes of the meeting of July 15, 2008.
Mr. Karl Aucoin, Parish Engineer, provided the members with a subdivision record checklist for Bayou Lane Subdivision, Lots 1-12. Mr. Aucoin pointed out that the comments section had very few minor issues with the preliminary plan. Mr. Aucoin recommended that the Planning Commission accept the Preliminary Plat and also the Final Plat provided the comments are completed and fees are paid. A motion was offered by Ms. Catherine Lacombe, and seconded by Mr. Clyde Hebert, that the recommendations of Mr. Aucoin be accepted.There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting was adjourned until the next regular meeting scheduled for October 21, 2008 at 4:30 p.m.

divided into twelve (12) lots situated in
