The Acadia Parish Planning Commission met in regular session Tuesday April 21, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. in the Acadia Parish Police Jury Meeting Room, Third Floor, Courthouse Building, Crowley, Louisiana.

The meeting was called to order by Mr. Jason Gossen, Chairman.
A motion was offered by Mr. Blane Faulk, seconded by Ms. Mary Richard , and carried, to accept the minutes of the meeting of December 16, 2008.
A motion was offered by Mr. Charles Andrus , seconded by Mr. Blane Faulk , to accept the recommendations of the parish road engineer, Mr. Karl Aucoin, on White Oaks Subdivision subject to the following:
1) A drainage servitude of sufficient width to encompass the existing ditch and allow area for future maintenance will be required for an existing drainage ditch along the north boundary of Lot 4 from the existing cul de sac to the 30 ft. wide drainage servitude along the north boundary of Lot 3.
2) A letter of concurrence from the Parish Sanitarian will be required for the resubdivision.
3) The amended plat should reflect the proper acreage of Lot 4.
4) Obtain Letters of No Objection from the Lot Owners of Phase I.
5) Final approval needed from the Planning Commission.
There being no further business to come before the Commission, the meeting was adjourned until the next regular meeting scheduled for May 19, 2009 at 4:30 p.m.
