Notice is hereby given that a
Special Meeting of the Acadia Parish Police Jury will be held in the Police Jury Meeting Room, Courthouse Building, Crowley, Louisiana, at 6:30 P.M., on, Tuesday, October 7, 2008, to consider the following item:AGENDA:
1. To authorize the sale of property in the Crowley/Rayne
Industrial
Park to Drilling Solutions, LLC.
2. Consider the offer from Stanford Truck Line to purchase
property in
the Crowley/Rayne Industrial Park.
3. Resolution authorizing the President to sign a Memorandum
of
Understanding Agreement with the Governor's Office of
Homeland
Security and Emergency Preparedness "GOHSEP" regarding
Hurricane
Gustav.
4. Resolution authorizing the President to sign a Memorandum
of
Understanding Agreement with the Governor's Office of
Homeland
Security and Emergency Preparedness "GOHSEP" regarding
Hurricane
Ike.
5. Resolution authorizing Designation of Depository for Direct
Deposit
of a Non-Interest Bearing Checking Account for the
LCDBG Disaster
Recovery Program.
6. Resolution authorizing four employees to sign a request for
payment
form for the LCDBG Disaster Recovery Program.
7. Resolution authorizing the President to sign and submit a
Financial
Management Questionnaire for the LCDBG Disaster
Recovery Program.
8. To authorize the President to sign and submit all necessary
documents in
connection with the LCDBG Disaster Recovery Program.
