The Acadia Parish Planning Commission met in regular session Tuesday April 3, 2007 at 4:30 p.m. in the Police Jury Meeting Room, third floor, Courthouse Building, Crowley, Louisiana.

Chairman Jason Gossen called the meeting to order.

A motion was offered by Mrs. Catherine LaCombe and seconded by Mrs. Mary Richard to approve the minutes of the March 20, 2007 meeting. Motion carried.

A motion was offered by Mr. Clyde Hebert and seconded by Mr. Joey Savoie to accept the revised plat for the property of Dale Lenis Trahan along Ray Milner Road in Iota for permitting purposes. The plat will have the original recordation. Motion carried.

A motion was offered by Mr. Blane Faulk and seconded by Mr. Randall Boutte to approve EXCEPTION 2-C for the property owned by Mr. Glenn Latiolais and to approve the sale of remaining lots pending final approval by commission. Motion carried with Mr. Joey Savoie voting nay.

There Being No Further Business to come before the Planning Commission, the Chairman adjourned the meeting until the next regularly scheduled meeting.
